Stone Coated Metal Roof Tiles
Built for Real Weather
Cailin presses every tile from galvalume (Aluzinc) steel, then bonds it with natural stone granules and an acrylic resin binder. Twelve profiles cover the range — shake, bond, shingle, milano, roman, classical, long-span and interlocking systems — so one supplier can dress a whole development. Each profile interlocks, sheds wind-driven rain, resists salt air and UV fading, and ships from seven production bases in as little as seven days.
What these roofs are asked to survive
-
Cailin Shake Metal Roof Tile
Cailin Shake is a stone-coated metal roof tile that recreates the deep-ribbed shadow lines of traditional wood shake. Each shake metal roof tile is pressed from galvalume (Aluzinc) steel, coated with natural stone granules and finished in a wood-grain texture that holds its colour under strong sun and heavy rain. The interlocking profile installs quickly over battens, keeps roof weight low, and resists fire, wind-driven rain, corrosion and UV fading with very little maintenance. Choose from deep charcoals, earthy browns and weathered blends — or ask our factory for custom colours, profiles and packaging for distributors, contractors and private-label programmes. -
Cailin Bond Stone-Coated Roof Tile
Cailin Bond is a bond stone coated roof tile with the flat pan and scalloped lower edge of a traditional interlocking clay tile. Each panel is pressed from galvalume (Aluzinc) steel, coated with ceramic stone granules and sealed against UV, so the colour holds under strong sun and heavy rain. The interlocking system lays quickly over battens, keeps roof weight low and stays watertight at the laps, while resisting fire, wind uplift and corrosion with very little maintenance. Choose from charcoal, grey, olive, khaki, brown and terracotta tones — or ask our factory for custom colours, profiles and packaging for distributors, contractors and private-label programmes. -
Cailin Shingle Metal Roof Tile
Cailin Shingle is a shingle metal roof tile that recreates the layered, variegated look of a traditional shingle roof without the short service life of asphalt. Each panel is pressed from galvalume (Aluzinc) steel, coated with ceramic stone granules and sealed against UV, so the mixed tab tones hold their depth under strong sun and heavy rain. The interlocking system lays quickly over battens, keeps roof weight low and stays watertight at the laps, while resisting fire, wind uplift and corrosion with very little maintenance. Choose from black, charcoal, brick, terracotta, olive and blue tones — or ask our factory for custom colours, profiles and packaging for distributors, contractors and private-label programmes. -
Cailin Milano Metal Roof Tile
Cailin Milano is a milano metal roof tile with a soft Mediterranean profile: a gently waved pan, a rounded lower edge and a deep shadow line where one course overlaps the next. The base is 0.35 to 0.55 mm galvalume steel, coated with natural stone granules bonded by acrylic resin, so the colour sits in the stone instead of a paint film that chalks. Each tile measures 1340 x 420 mm and covers 0.46 m2, and the interlocking side lap keeps the roof quiet in wind-driven rain and quick to lay. Warm terracotta, brown and red tones ship from stock, with custom colours, profiling and packaging for distributors and contractors. -
Cailin Interlocking Shake Pro
Cailin Interlocking Shake Pro is an interlocking shake pro metal roof tile built for hurricane country. Panels interlock and are held by concealed clips instead of exposed screws, so no fixing line shows on the roof face. Each 1320 x 370 mm tile is pressed from galvalume steel with a deep wood-shake grain, then coated in natural stone granules. At 0.45 to 0.55 mm thick, the system lays over worn asphalt shingles without a tear-off, cutting labour and waste. Effective coverage is 0.403 m2 per tile, or 2.48 tiles per square metre, with a 50-year warranty. Custom colours and packaging are available for distributors and contractors. -
Cailin Interlocking Shingle
Cailin Interlocking Shingle is a shingle metal roof tile that recreates the layered look of a traditional shingle roof, but replaces the short life of asphalt with a sealed steel system. Each panel is pressed from galvalume (Aluzinc) steel, coated with ceramic stone granules and formed with an interlocking step on both side laps. The concealed clip holds the panel down while the lap below turns water sideways, away from the fixing, so no screw pierces the face. It also lays over existing asphalt shingles, cutting tear-off time. Custom colours and packaging for distributors and contractors. -
Cailin Interlocking Shake
Cailin Interlock Shake use a distinctive interlocking structure paired with a concealed fastener system, eliminating any exposed screws. This innovative design, akin to siding installation, not only ensures a seamless appearance but also enhances hurricane resistance. Ideal for regions susceptible to frequent hurricanes. Cailin interlock shake screws are completely hidden from sight and the elements, delivering the ultimate combination of beauty and weathertightness. Our unique design allows us to overlay our Shake products over existing Asphalt Shingles roofs. -
Cailin Classical Roof Tile
Cailin Classical is a classic stone coated roof tile built on a Galvalume (Aluzinc) steel core and finished with natural stone chips and acrylic resin. Its Roman profile — 1340 × 420 mm, 1290 × 370 mm effective — recreates traditional clay tile on a roof about one sixth as heavy, so it can re-roof straight over an existing deck. Tiles interlock side to side and cover 0.48 m² each, at 2.08 pieces per square metre. Choose 0.35 to 0.55 mm steel, eight stock colours or a custom match, with ridge, hip and verge trims to finish the roofline. -
Cailin Roman Metal Roof Tile
Cailin Roman is a Roman metal roof tile that reproduces the Mediterranean clay pantile: a rounded barrel profile with a deep shadow line, laid in overlapping courses. The core is Galvalume (PPGL) steel, finished with natural stone chips and acrylic resin, so the roof keeps the colour and texture of terracotta at about one sixth of the weight. Each tile is 1300 × 420 mm, 1250 × 370 mm effective, covering 0.46 m² — 2.16 pieces per square metre. Steel from 0.35 to 0.55 mm, eight stock colours or a custom match, with ridge and hip trims to finish the roofline. -
Cailin Long Span Metal Roofing
Cailin Long-Span is a long span metal roofing tile: one piece runs 2340 mm up the slope, so a roof carries far fewer horizontal laps for water to find. The sheet is Galvalume (PPGL) steel, 0.35 to 0.55 mm, coated with natural stone chips and acrylic resin. Each piece covers 1.863 m² and weighs 10.5 kg — about a sixth of the weight of concrete tile per square metre, so existing purlins usually carry it. Supplied in black, red, blue and green or a custom match, with ridge, verge, valley and gutter accessories for the whole roofing system, from ridge cap to outlet. -
Cailin Golan Metal Roof Tile
Cailin Golan is a golan metal roof tile with the deep flowing curve of a Spanish clay tile, pressed into stone-coated steel. The base is Galvalume (PPGL) sheet at 0.35 – 0.55 mm, finished with natural stone chips and acrylic resin, so a Golan roof reads as clay from the street but carries about a sixth of the weight. Each 1340 × 420 mm tile covers 0.48 m² at 2.35 – 3.5 kg. Twelve stock colours run from Black to Drake Green, with custom matching available, and ridge, verge, valley and gutter accessories complete the system from one factory.
