Classic wood-shake look, built on stone-coated steel roof tiles.
Cailin Shake is a stone-coated metal roof tile that recreates the deep-ribbed shadow lines of traditional wood shake. Each shake metal roof tile is pressed from galvalume (Aluzinc) steel, coated with natural stone granules and finished in a wood-grain texture that holds its colour under strong sun and heavy rain. The interlocking profile installs quickly over battens, keeps roof weight low, and resists fire, wind-driven rain, corrosion and UV fading with very little maintenance. Choose from deep charcoals, earthy browns and weathered blends — or ask our factory for custom colours, profiles and packaging for distributors, contractors and private-label programmes.
A steel core with a mineral stone surface will not feed a flame, so Cailin Shake metal roof tiles add a layer of fire safety to residential and commercial buildings.
WIND RESISTANT METAL ROOFING:
Interlocking panels are fixed along the batten line and locked side to side, keeping the roof tight in high winds, hurricanes and cyclone-prone regions.
LIGHTWEIGHT METAL ROOF TILES:
At roughly one-sixth the weight of clay or concrete tiles, Cailin Shake lowers structural load — ideal for earthquake zones, re-roofing and multi-storey projects.
WATERPROOF METAL ROOF TILES:
The overlapping shake profile sheds storm rain and seals at the laps, keeping the roof watertight through heavy rain and tropical wet seasons.
CORROSION & UV RESISTANT:
Galvalume (Aluzinc) steel, protective base coats and ceramic stone granules resist salt air, acid rain and UV fading — a durable stone-coated roof tile for coastal and high-altitude sites.
ENERGY EFFICIENT, LONG LIFESPAN:
The stone surface slows heat transfer into the building, while the steel core keeps its strength for decades with almost no maintenance — a low-maintenance roofing tile with a long service life.
FAST INTERLOCKING INSTALLATION:
Lightweight panels and a simple interlocking system shorten installation time, cut labour cost and make re-roofing over an existing deck practical.
