FIRE RESISTANT METAL ROOF TILES
A steel core under a mineral stone surface will not feed a flame, so a Golan roof holds its fire rating on homes, villas and commercial buildings.
WIND RESISTANT METAL ROOFING
The interlocking Golan profile is fixed along the batten and locked side to side, so the roof holds in high wind, hurricane and cyclone-prone regions.
LIGHTWEIGHT METAL ROOF TILES
Each tile weighs 2.35 – 3.5 kg, or 5.2 – 6.4 kg per square metre: about a sixth of clay tile, so existing purlins usually carry it.
WATERPROOF METAL ROOF TILES
The deep pan-and-roll curve sheds rain fast and the laps overlap and seal, keeping the roof watertight through heavy rain and tropical wet seasons.
CORROSION & UV RESISTANT ROOF TILES
Galvalume (PPGL) steel, basecoat and acrylic primer, then natural stone granules: a barrier against salt air, acid rain and UV fading on coastal sites.
SPANISH TILE CURVES, STEEL STRENGTH
Golan copies the strong flowing curves of a Spanish clay tile, so you get the Mediterranean look at 1340 × 420 mm with none of the clay breakage.
FAST INSTALLATION, LOW MAINTENANCE
Large panels and a simple interlocking system let two workers finish a normal house in three to five days, and the granule surface never needs repainting.
