Classic bond look, built on stone-coated steel roof tiles.
Cailin Bond is a bond stone coated roof tile with the flat pan and scalloped lower edge of a traditional interlocking clay tile. Each panel is pressed from galvalume (Aluzinc) steel, coated with ceramic stone granules and sealed against UV, so the colour holds under strong sun and heavy rain. The interlocking system lays quickly over battens, keeps roof weight low and stays watertight at the laps, while resisting fire, wind uplift and corrosion with very little maintenance. Choose from charcoal, grey, olive, khaki, brown and terracotta tones — or ask our factory for custom colours, profiles and packaging for distributors, contractors and private-label programmes.
A non-combustible steel core under a mineral stone surface will not feed a flame, so a Cailin Bond roof adds fire safety to homes, villas and commercial buildings.
WIND RESISTANT METAL ROOFING:
Concealed clips and interlocking side laps tie the panels to the batten line, so a Bond metal roof holds tight in high winds and hurricane-prone coastal regions.
LIGHTWEIGHT METAL ROOF TILES:
About one-sixth the weight of clay or concrete tiles, Bond panels reduce dead load on the structure — practical for earthquake zones, re-roofing and multi-storey buildings.
WATERPROOF METAL ROOF TILES:
The pan-and-scallop profile overlaps and drains at every lap, keeping the roof watertight through storm rain and tropical downpours.
CORROSION & UV RESISTANT:
Galvalume (Aluzinc) steel, primer and ceramic stone granules resist salt air, acid rain and UV fading — a durable stone coated roof tile for coastal and high-altitude projects.
ENERGY EFFICIENT, LONG LIFESPAN:
The stone surface slows heat transfer into the roof space and the steel core holds its strength for decades with minimal upkeep — a low-maintenance tile with a long service life.
FAST INTERLOCKING INSTALLATION:
Pre-formed interlocking panels cut laying time and labour cost, and their low weight makes re-roofing over an existing deck straightforward.
